I ordered a chocolate bowl (something I've ordered several times through the app in the last couple weeks). When they gave me the bowl it was a different color than the ones I have been getting (much lighter)- I asked them if it was the chocolate bowl and expressed it was different than what I had been receiving (I also tasted it and it did not taste the same- the base tasted completely different and not chocolatey). They told me it was and when I tried to inquire further I was told that bowl isn't actually on the menu- it's more of a "secret menu item". I told them it's in the app and then they all just kind of went about their business and ignored me.

Super inconsistent and the afternoon staff is literally the worst. I've never had my smoothie bowl looked like this before. . Opted out of bananas and blueberries. But the smoothie itself wasn't even half way up the bowl. So I pretty much paid $12 for granola and old strawberries.

Good quality ingredients and ease of ordering online. Açaí bowl is my go-to here.

Best bowl ever!

Ordered through GrubHub and power protein bowl was only 3/4 full, including the toppings and was melted. Yuk!

They were rushed when asking about my order that was incorrect and walking around while talking to me. Wasn’t professional like usual. I don’t like to complain and I completely understand when times are busy, customers need to be patient however there was only one couple at a table and no one came in while I had to wait nor were they on the phone. I was missing item from my order, they didn’t look at the ticket order to see specifically what I added in my bowl. As they began making it I had to call out while blender was going what items I needed to be left out and what I added. The worst part was when I opened up my bowl the topping was missing and it was liquid. Got this for lunch, I tried to eat right there in parking lot but I had no time to go in to get a new one because of the extra wait when I had placed my order ahead of time on the app.

Jahzara prepared a tasty açaí bowl for me, great texture and the perfect amount of toppings. Will be coming back!

We ordered 9 bowls yesterday for our office and everything was wrong or missing something. The only thing they got right is the smoothie. Also nothing was labeled which one is which so we all had to guess which one has what we want in it. I think for big orders its best they label it.

Lots of fresh options, can customize your order if you dont want exactly what's on the menu. Great customer service (young lady) with good hygiene practices. Would definitely go back and recommend for a healthier option & fruity treat. Added spinach to my bowl, they blended it right into my order, no problem!!

The staff was so accommodating with our no sugar no oil request. We ordered the acai superfood supercharged bowl. He omitted agave and granola but added extra cacao nibs and nuts. We will support this place!
