I love Nektar and frequent the location in ft worth often. This visit you tho felt meh. No greeting just a dry “ online or placing and order”? Hmm ok whatever then I get my bowl and the presentation isn’t the greatest. I’ve gotten this many many times before . And while it still tasted good you could tell it was thrown together.. oh well I probably won’t go back to this location.

The shop was extremely busy and your ladies were running hard to keep up with the orders My order submitted in advance stated pickup 1136 Went in and orders placed after were filled, then my order was not completed had to go in after picking up my bowl to get the items left off. they needed a cashier to manage the order taking and delivery once a order was completed they are great employees and just need better support system.

I absolutely love love love almost all the nektar bowls! So good and filling! They are always so accommodating about my dislike for strawberries or banana and adding extra other fruits. I would eat here every day if I could for a meal since everything is made fresh. Only giving it a four stars because sometimes it does forever! I know they are short staffed so I’m never mad about it, I just would expect to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. Ordering in advance with app really helps!

I go here often and buy green juice. The last 2 times I’ve gotten 12 dollar açaí bowls that were more then half empty, chia seeds forgotten about and when I brought it up to the cashier she told me we fill it up just past the nekter sign. Ok but we were both standing there and saw that it clearly wasn’t were she it was suppose to be and she didn’t offer to replace it and she walked away. Normally I don’t write reviews for this type of thing but because it happened not then once I’d better say something.

I’m obsessed with the açaí bowls. The ingredients are fresh. Service was good.

I go to the store on Northwest Highway and Douglas, once a week. The store is much cleaner and the customer service more friendly. I ordered a peanut butter bowl. The bowl was not full, there was no agave on the top and I’m not sure if there was any peanut butter.

This location needs to keep fresh fruits. This is the second time giving old rotten fruit. The green apples are giving a ginger kinda of taste and strawberries were old and some soft!! I purchased two of the same bowls and disappointed that I wasn’t close enough to drive back and get fresh replacements so I went without two fruits on my favorite bowl. Plus there was a hair in one of the bowls.. P.S After going through the reviews, I see the same concerns and issues. Clearly no follow up with customers and not so much of an improvement.

There’s not an option to order Dragon fruit açaí bowl online but it is in store. That’s my favorite

Nekter Juice Bar has made its share a comfort for my family and friends. We enjoy sitting down together and creating fond moments at this place while eating our açaí bowls and smoothies.

The bowl was full and amazing, so good.

Bowl was great, but delivery took much longer than expected.

Loved the Immunity bowl. It was a little tricky ordering the first time. Called the store to confirm a couple things. Perfection!

Berry Banana Bowl was ready when I arrived to pick it up & I was served within a couple of minutes. Good costumer service & delicious açaí bowl.

I love Nékter. The bowls are my favorite, especially the dragon fruit bowl. The PB&J bowl is my next favorite bowl.

Always on time with to go orders and always delicious! I usually do split bowls but this time I’m guessing they ran out of their regular split bowl cups and the cups were way less than half. I normally feel like I get more than what I received today. That was a little disappointing!
