My bowl was not made how I ordered it..

If you're looking for fresh juices this is the perfect place, my favorite is the acai banana bowl, and the tropical smoothie is super delicious, in general everything is very tasty and fresh, unfortunately the last time it was closed due to an electrical problem according to an advertisement on the door.

I always get the same bowl and they forgot to add the “peanut butter inside” I ordered and paid for on the app. Otherwise good!

I placed an online order for one bowl and my card was charged 3x … that’s not good

Bowl was soupy, more like a drink than a bowl. Granola was old.

I went this afternoon May 6, 2024 around 1:00 PM. I always come to buy my PB bowl, this time it was the best Bowl I have ever bought here. A guy prepared it. Was a take out order. Previously I worked at a Nekter in another location. Therefore I know how everything should be prepared here. This is the only perfect Bowl, the consistency, the flavor and the presentation. All very well. The only disagreement was that the guy was working alone and had customers waiting to be served, was only him taking walking costumer and also working on online order, there were 2 girls in the back kitchen using the phones. He kindly asked the girls to please help him. Only one girl came out with a bad face and with a phone in her hand. This is why sometimes good employees quit their jobs because of poor support from colleagues.

The açaí bowl I ordered was not good at all. I asked for extra banana and got half a banana. Asked for extra peanut butter, not sure I got that. It was so soupy. Will not be back!

I pre-ordered 18 bowls. 3 were made when I got there. I did not count when I left and we were missing 2 bowls that I paid for.

I purchased a smoothie bowl. The bowl was not filled up all the way. I asked for my money back. I did include a tip for the cashier. The. Shower called her manager to figure out the return process. While on the phone with her manager I asked for all of my money back including my tip. Manager said, “well she is not going to get the tip back!” I saw one of the other employees make a smoothie bowl where the cup was filled up completely. When I inquired about this I was told. “She just makes hers like that.”
