The employee who made and served my avocado smoothie was quick and friendly. She asked if I had been in before or if I’d tried the smoothie previously. She was enthusiastic about the product. Sometimes, the protein used in smoothies causes me a little GI distress, but this was smooth, not gritty, and left me feeling full, but not bloated. I will visit again!

Smoothie was good service was subpar at best

I ordered two elderberry smoothies. I added fiber to one and cacao nibs to the other. When I picked them up the girls could not tell me which was which. After I left and we drank our smoothies we found that they were exactly the same and neither of the additions had been put in.

I ordered online and when I went into the store the wifi was down. I waited 25 minutes in the store for 1 smoothie and 1 bowl for my order to be fulfilled. I was late to pick up my kids from school. I understand you can't do anything about wifi, but I would have had all staff working to fill orders. One person was interviewing a job candidate about customer services while I stood pacing the floor.

I ordered for a set pick up time at 12:15 pm. I walked in at 12:15 pm, and didn't receive my order until 12:37 pm. Both of my ordered were inaccurate - toppings that I ordered to be taken off were still there and additions I had requested were missing on both my smoothie and my bowl. This is the second time that I have had to wait over 20 minutes for a bowl that I ordered in advance and the orders were wrong. Honestly, I don't feel like its reliable to go back.

Incredibly slow service. The smoothies were good, but I'm not sure if it was worth the wait.

My tropical cooler smoothie was delicious. I ordered it on the app and it was ready when I arrived. Love nekter!

My smoothie bowl was pretty runny for a bowl.

I love the convenience of your mobile orders. I ordered from home, and when I arrived, the employee was friendly and quick in getting my smoothie out to me.

Love this place. Great for grabbing a post workout smoothie. I can order as soon as my workouts finished and by the time I shower and change I can grab my smoothie and get on about my day!

Always takes care of me. If you want your order fast - always mobile order ahead of time. Otherwise, be patient! They are making bomb smoothies and bowls from scratch, it takes a minute!

The flavors were no good comes to the other smoothie cafes around town. They were bland. Will not be returning unfortunately which is a bummer as they were so close. Will go elsewhere
