Horrible service, rude workers, slow staff.
Ordered, and it took them 20mins to make a smoothie....? Next time I'll stick to Jamba Juice, at least the service is faster and a better smoothie.

This is not a bad smoothie/ bowl place. They have a pretty wide range of options and combinations. This time, I got a medium berry banana burst with a sub of orange juice per the recommendation from the nice guy who took my order. It was very good and tasted fresh. I’ve tried a lemonade refresher thing, which was also great. It took a minute to get my order but there was others before me and they clearly make everything to order. Prices are a little high, but again, it’s fresh and made right away. My only wish was for there to be some sandwich or other eats options. But, It’s a good little place for a healthy boost. I’m excited to try other things they offer!
It took a really long time to make 3 smoothies. The staff were kind but not very helpful or fast. The smoothies tasted good!

Had to return because earlier today, the smoothie I ordered wasn't right. But this order looks like the smoothies in the past and Kristin was very apologetic for this morning's smoothie not being "quite right."

Always a good day when I get my smoothie. I order online because I have a short lunch break, gotta get in and out. I have learned to order it for It to be ready 15 before I get there cause y’all are so busy. But that’s definitely not a complaint. I can adapt to make sure I get my order on time

The smoothies are good! The staff look healthy and we’re kind but it took about 25 minutes to receive a smoothie. The manager was overwhelmed, but also very very non-communicative.
There were 18 customers waiting in the store, often times with no employee standing in the front of the store to facilitate interactions with customers. It was comical. One patron asked for a refund and was denied.
I understand the scenarios that lead to a store being short handed, but the way the customers were being cared for here was not acceptable. This place could be changing owners or on its way out of business based on how it was being managed.
