I ordered online and when I showed up 40 minutes later it wasn’t ready. I waited another 10 minutes in the store. Smoothie was just ok.

The smoothies and bowls are always delicious! I started using the order ahead online as my food is always ready for me when I get there. It gets pretty busy at lunch.

I mobile ordered a smoothie bowl and that was great. I had someone call in a juice cleanse and they said nobody placed the order even though they did. I was leaving and got a call to head back to the store and ask for a 3 day cleanse. The lady’s behind the counter seemed very annoyed and why they didn’t offer to make a new one the first time I was in, doesn’t make any sense.

I chose to add beet to one of my drinks, but beet was not added. The lady who helped me handed me my drinks then went straight to the back room, so I didn’t have time to say anything. I waited for a little bit, but she never came back out.

Horrible service, rude workers, slow staff.
Ordered, and it took them 20mins to make a smoothie....? Next time I'll stick to Jamba Juice, at least the service is faster and a better smoothie.
This place is the worse.
I put my order in online - from the app - as I walked in a huge group came in. They all got there orders before me. Just frustrating when mine came in before them - and I had to ask for mine and they hadn’t even started making it - I do the app because I actually am needing to get it onto me due to my job, etc. I’m an over preparer. So when this happens it’s a really big bummer.
