Customer service was great, but my smoothie was very thin and not blended well. There were chunks of almond butter and other things. It was not smooth and tasted like water.

Numerous staff walked by or noticed I was standing at the counter but didn’t acknowledge me at all. I understand they are busy in the kitchen and were receiving a supply/produce order at the time but a simple acknowledgment, like “we will be with you shortly,” would go a long way. Instead I was completely ignored. No eye contact, not a welcoming smile even when someone finally asked if I had a pick up order. You have great product but your staff needs some basic customer service training. The season pumpkin spice smoothie is the best!!!

I ordered on the app. There is not an option to have your order made immediately-Instead you have to select, the 15 minute option. I was nearby and I checked in when I arrived. I thought that would mean I would receive my order soon. Instead, I watched a whole line of customers come in and order, get their orders and I still wasn’t served. I was told my order wouldn’t be made for another 10 minutes because it was set to be ready 15 minutes from the time I ordered. I waited longer and I was told they were out of an item so I couldn’t get what I ordered. I substituted another smoothie. I thought it was poor customer service overall. I think that if a pickup order checks in, why don’t you make their order, is it necessary to make them wait 15 minutes if you know they are there?

I hit this place once a week. Probably the best smoothie/juice bar in town. Smoothies and bowls are super healthy and delicious! Staff is friendly and professional. Order ahead online during lunch rush! Thanks Nekter!
