They don't fill up the bowls like they used to. I asked them to remake it but they wouldn't and they didn't refund me either.

Courtney, I am sorry to hear you received a bowl which was not filled like we used to. I will be working with the staff to rectify this issue and make sure we are again filling the bowls like we always do and how our customers expect.
