This place is very good and they even brought out the smoothie quickly, however, in my particular circumstance, I realized the app needs to be able to send orders in sooner than the time requested on the app in case the person is able to get there faster than when they scheduled their order. This is a minor qualm though, the service itself was great and they are friendly to customers.

I’ve come in twice recently and I’m not greeted when I enter. I stand at the counter and wait 2-3 minutes before the person juicing notices someone arrived. The first time, she never noticed and someone from the back happened to walk out for something else and then she helped me when she saw me. I would request the front person juicing pay more attention to people who walk in

I ordered online and the process was simple and easy. My only feedback has to do with the online platform. I did not know when to pick up my completed order. The app kept telling me “in progress”. I was in restaurant waiting and when it was finally after my scheduled pick up time, I asked for it and it had been placed in the cooler. I don’t know how much sooner I could have asked about it, but the app never said it was ready to be picked up. But, the product is delicious and the workers were polite and helpful.
