I ordered online to help make the process even quicker, but when I got there, I checked in, and ended up waiting over 20 mins for a single smoothie. It turned out one of the girls had put my smoothie in the cooler without mentioning anything so I was waiting for nothing. Frustrating bc I got nektar bc I wasn’t feeling well and waiting for so long didn’t help. Will definitely think again before ordering nektar in the future.

Well I received this survey while I’m still standing here waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. Not sure why I ordered ahead (25 minutes ago). I could have walked in, ordered, and received it in the same amount of time. Another order ahead just walked in and their’s isn’t ready either. Probably need to update wait times on the app
