Service is always great here. The only change I’ve noticed is for the cleanses You need two days notice but I get that for sure.

The staff are always friendly, I've never had an order messed up, and it seems that the staff are working diligently. Still, the wait can be longer than I'd like, especially when the store is busy.

placed an online order at 9AM to be ready at 1030AM. Came in at 1035Am and the order was still not ready. It was not ready until 1042AM. Why place an order for a specific time if it's not going to be ready? I asked the customer service girl what can be done to ensure that the order is ready on time and she just said there's only two people working and they can only have so many tickets up... it happens every time here. No one cares, no one is trying to improve the service here.

I ordered two menu items. The açaí bowl was missing the added almond butter I paid for and not only no agave on top, missing the extra I asked for. In addition, I ordered online with a pick up time of 12:37. Upon arrival still had to wait 20 minutes.
