Juice and smoothie bowls were delicious as always. They got my order wrong, and the guy there didn't seem like he wanted to help me when I said it didn't look right. I ordered $80 worth of items, so I'm glad I looked to make sure it was correct before I drove off.

My experience at the Littleton Nekter has been awesome since day one. The app makes ordering and pickup so quick and easy, which is nice as I know it takes a while to craft these delicious creations (I like the bowls). Everyone who works there is always so kind and as attentive as they can be. It is always sparkling clean, and is such a cool vibe with the living plant wall/art. I’m a big fan ;)

I have learned the trick with this place is ordering online. I will say for the first three months my experiences here were not very positive, the manager/owner tends to be rude. However, I understood this place was a new location and it can take time to get into a good flow and system. My last experience was a great one and I hope to keep seeing the improved service.

Sometimes my bowls are full and to the top of the kid and sometimes there is less than half a bowl when I order online. I keep going to Nekter but it is annoying when I am unsure as to why I’ll get.

I have always walked over to order pickup and the majority of the time I am not acknowledged until the entirely of the order line has been served. I stood in line once while my brother stood at order pickup and I received my drink in line and he was never acknowledged and this last time 10/7/21 my drink wasn’t full and very foamy and tasted far sweeter than normal(not sure if the recipe changed or ingredients were missing or something else)

One thing is that when I came to the store, I waited a bit until someone asked me if I needed help. My mobile order was ready and waiting in the freezer and I had to wait. Even a customer came in and went and ordered before me
