Mobile order was easy just go to the pick up window and get it. I came quickly after placing the order so it wasn't quite ready yet. Ordered the Açai berry bowl no banana inside or on top with added peanut butter topping. Requested granola on the side. I like that they replaced banana with the other fruit for the inside when I mark "No banana inside". The mobile app doesn't allow you to have notes or comments but I usually ask them when I arrive to be sure. Have to check or you'll end up with runny soupy açai bowl! I also said no banana on top but they said they do not sub it with the other fruit that is already included. They only do it for the inside, not top. I guess they leave empty space where the banana would have gone? They should fill in with other fruit. It is a berry bowl so just fill in with the other berries. I still liked my bowl but it turned soupy so fast! Did not get much interaction from staff to rate the customer service but my order was made exactly as requested and came with napkins and utensil in a togo bag. Glad I didn't have to ask for a bag as other locations, you have to. Varies by store. This has now become my 2nd favorite Nekter location! Hopefully, when I do interact with the store staff, it will be pleasant and welcoming!

I was disappointed that I was not given accurate information about which of my orders had been boosted. When I arrived to pick up my online order, the associate was in a hurry because she was busy with other orders. She removed the label from one of my bowls, which indicated that it contained a boosted ingredient. I understand that it was not done on purpose, but in order to improve customer service, staff should be reminded of the importance of providing customers with accurate information about their orders, especially if we are paying extra to get a specific ingredient. This happened the last time on different order. I didn't provide feedback because I thought it was something minor that had slipped through the cracks. Nonetheless, please remind staff to exercise caution. I am grateful for this location and intend to keep my business going. Thank you very much.

My bowl was icier than usual not the creamy bowl I’m used to but still ok

I ordered 2 bowls exactly the same. I asked for no apples on top and no granola. I could tell that they put granola in the bowls and then took it out when realized I didn’t order it. Also there were apples on top. Kind of a bummer.

One of the best bowls I have had here. Order was ready on time and employees were very friendly.

I love Nekter. I have tried many acai bowls in my day, and for the quality of Nekter and the price, you just can't beat it. Some places charge $13, $14, $15 for acai bowls, which makes it basically unaffordable.. Nekter finally did raise their price post-pandemic, but it was a small increase. I will continue driving out of my way to get that Nekter goodness. PLUS, I love the App and the Discounts, Rewards, and Offers they send!!!

friendly staff and the bowls dont taste too sugary

bowls were delicious but the wait to get it was a little long after ordering my items via mobile app. Overall everything was tasty

I love how the ingredients in my order are natural compared to other juice bars, but I order the same thing and each time I get it I receive different amounts of fruit in my bowls and once I got only half a strawberry

Good except I received a different bowl than I ordered. I was good but not what I wanted.

Unfortunately depending on the day our bowls are always inconsistent. As far as how much product , it was disappointing today. I wish there was a fill line on the bowl to help your employees.Today ( if you look on Yelp ) at the photo I posted , well let’s just say I won’t be coming as much as I would have liked during summer break.

First off, Love your store and your employees. Nice and friendly. However, the last 8 smoothies I have ordered have NO FLAVOR!! I have to come home and add fruit to it. I keep wanting to give you business and hope that the smoothies have improved but sadly not. Your toxin flush and your berry acai bowl are delish. Your smoothies need help! :) I think I may have to give up on your smoothies at this location. Sad to think about that. I also purchased gift cards with a BOGO Acai bowl. I had two of those in my rewards, but they have disappeared. I went to redeem and they were gone. Shouldn't I have those two BOGO bowls until I redeem since they were part of your promotion of purchasing gift cards? It would be great to get those back. I do hope I get them back and that your smoothies improve. Thank you!
