My complaint is that this place is consistently the slowest place on the planet. One person working when they are completely overwhelmed by ap orders and people sitting in the store. They need to staff more people on the weekends/prime hours. No reason to take 45mins to get an açaí bowl

I love the variation of bowls! I always take advantage of the summer specials!

Do not come to this place. The employee working today was extremely rude. On top of that, she added water to my açaí bowl—it was like eating purple ice. I’m not sure why she is working there, but we definitely won’t be coming back. 03/21/26. 8:25am

It went well, although it’s happened a few times where I pay extra to get toppings and I don’t end up getting them on my açaí bowl

Employees were very overwhelmed, only 2 of them, my order was supposed to be ready by 2nd I received it almost 20 minutes past and it was incorrect. While waiting you could hear them complaining about my sister and My orders and everything that we added into our açaí bowls which was wrong as we paid for all the extras. They were talking about our complicated order in front of us. After that they apologized for the wait but it made us feel bad for ordering

It was great. My bowl was delicious and my fiance picked it up for me and said that it was ready on time when he got there!

I used to go to tru bowl but have found I actually like Nektars smoothies much more. I’m glad I came back.

Overall everything went well, but when I got back to my job I noticed my bowl didn’t have cut bananas in it :(. Other than that the employee was very nice 😊

I have ordered numerous bowls over the last few years. Today’s bowl was the worse I have ever been given. It was watery, the granola was in large chunks and all the fruit was at the bottom. It was as whoever made it, through every ingredient in a shaker, shook it for a little bit then poured it into a bowl. Horrible!

My bowl was ready when I got there, it was delicious and fresh.

Ordering on the app was pretty straightforward. The only thing that I have to say is, I thought the peanut butter bowl came with peanut butter drizzle that that’s my only complaint. Other than that. Everything else was wonderful.

Will definitely recommend to family & friends, Nektar Juice Bar provides excellent customer service & has a variety of drinks/ food options to choose from (ex. Protein smoothies, açaí bowls, to-go snacks).

We arrived at 6:35 PM. Our bowls were ready, and we asked if we could eat our bowls super fast before they closed up at 7 PM. The gal kind of hesitated, and reluctantly said, “sure”. We felt bad because I know that the chairs were all on top of the tables already. We just pulled one chair down, we made sure to be done by 6:50 PM and picked up any crumbs on the table. And returned the chair. It just felt awkward.
