I love Nekter and would go back a million times! It’s easy, and yummy! This last time my smoothie was definitely not the same and I was a tiny bit disappointed BUT I still drank it because watered down and all the taste is still 10/10.

Fast, great customer service. However today the smoothie I ordered was very water down and flavorless but the staff was very nice and fast. I have nothing negative to say. Things happen and I love your store.

I wasn’t able to alter my smoothie in the app which was a bit frustrating and then I tried to call the store. No one answered, but when I went into the store, they were very polite and we’re happy to remake my smoothie with the alteration I desired.

I used to go to tru bowl but have found I actually like Nektars smoothies much more. I’m glad I came back.

My daughter and i enjoyed our smoothies very much. We’ ll be back soon.

Great! I have tried other Nektars and their smoothies are not as good! Only think I would like to add is it would be nice to have more consistency with the taste of smooties. I often get the strawberry banana protein and it tastes different every time. Always good, but sometimes it is tastier than other times.

The staff is fine but the quality control of the product is lacking. This is my third time in a row where I ordered a smoothie and it was basically milk- no smoothie texture or aspect about it. Thats a little gross to drink peanut butter chunks and cashew milk. Hard to get down and not worth the $12 dollar price tag. I am mad at myself for giving it a third try.

The reason for this negative review is because I first contacted them on July 24th regarding experience issues through their website and have yet to hear a response. Maybe someone here will reply and resolve my issue. Smoothies are great, service is good. However their protein waffles have gotten worst every time I got them. I would get a waffle with missing ingredients and after the third time this happened, I decided to contact them. Why allow me to order if you don't have the ingredients necessary to make the waffle. My ticket is 35835 Experience Issues. Had hopes this would be resolved as I enjoyed getting their smoothies. Unfortunately, due to their lack of getting back to me, I will no longer be ordering from them until they resolve my issue.
