Friendly employees. But, the smoothie wasn't so great. It was missing the pea protein that I requested *sad face*

I visited this location as it is one of the few that offer the (seasonal?) date nut smoothie that I wanted to try….yum!!! The employees at this store are always friendly and helpful.

Love their smoothies. Just enough flavor for me to stop craving sugar. The staff has been very friendly to us. Ordering online is a big perk.

Benny gives the best customer service! Friendly, service with a smile and he does make the best toxin flush and smoothies I’ve had. I don’t know why but they do make a difference!

Customer service was good, I was greeted by a young man. Quality of of the product was poor. Had to ask the worker to redo my smoothie. It was way watered down. Instead of redoing my order he just added a few extra ingredients to it in hopes that it would bring it to quality that’s expected from Nekter. Unfortunately the smoothly ended up tasting lawful. Ended up throwing away about 1/2 smoothly. Sad because when the smoothies are made correctly they are delicious.

Still had to wait for my order after the pick up time. Smoothie was super runny not think how it usually is. But my açaí bowls were made to perfection for the first time in a long time.

Thought it was a smoothie like Jamba so i was disappointed. But for basically being Juice frozen fruit and ice it was ok.

But disappointed they took my favorite smoothie(Sun rise) off the menu.

Frozen Acai bowl with fruit very good plus they have smoothies and other items.

I was not impressed by the speed of the service at this location. I waited 15 minutes before I received my smoothie, and I had to ask for it. This location could use some improvement. If you know that you are busy, work on getting people their orders in a timely manner.

The food is great and usually so is the service. I came this morning and a girl gave me attitude when I approached the counter asking if I needed something, obviously I need something if I bring my bowl back in my hands and I’m at the counter and then I asked her to come because she was standing behind a window asking me this and she rolled her eyes and cane over to me I showed her ghe bowl and pointed out the blue berries in the bowl there was only 6 blue berries. I paid a dollar more for blue berries for there to be at least a few more. So I told her usually they put more than that which is true anyone that has ever made my bowl puts more fruit than she did. She got more of an attitude and insisted they can’t put more until I mentioned that even their manager or shift lead puts more blue berries than that. So she added literally 1-2 more. We pay a decent amount for these bowls and I have never minded paying for quality as long as I get what I am paying for. People don’t pay $10-13 for a smoothie for bad service and to be given less than what we pay for. Again usually this place is great and I’ve never had an issue with how much or how little I received in my bowl until today.

Really delicious smoothies. Very high for a smoothie, but it looks like they use fresh fruit, not frozen like Jamba juice. Fresh has a price. Overall, I recommend. The staff is superb as well. Very inviting, and the interior is very clean.
