I ordered a smoothie and protein bowl through the app 45 minutes before I wanted to pick it up and I still had to wait 15 minutes after the pick up time. It was on a Saturday, late morning, which might be a busy time for them. The bowl and smoothie were delicious

The two bowls that I ordered did not taste very good. We always order the same thing, but the quality seems to have changed, had less flavor not sure if they were just missing ingredients.

Today wasn't as good as I've experienced previously. Had mobile order but took a while to be fulfilled. 2 other customers were waiting when I arrived. Team was nice and courteous but they weren't up to speed with getting orders done for some reason. I enjoyed my bowl. Maybe granola on the side was a bit under portioned from past visits. My observations from prior bisits and compared to other locations. Hopefully it is better next visit.
