This Nekter is skimp with their Acai Bowls. I even had a health nut smoothie a different time and it was basically all cashew milk with very lil of the other ingredients. If I pay $12-$13 for a smoothie I would like more than cashew milk.

My bowl's we're delicious as always

I have frequently purchased the banana açaí bowl. This time the 2 I purchased had very little to no açaí. I hope this was a one time mistake because my wife & I were very disappointed.

My acai bowl looked a little messy and when I picked it up the worker didn't want to give me napkins.

My bowl was delicious. I always look forward to having one. It does take a long time to get the bowl but I also appreciate their freshness. Keep up the good work!

I ordered my 5 bowls the night before for a 9am pick up.the store opened at 8. I arrived at 9:10 and they weren't ready.

It was very bland this time around. I got 3 bowls and only one of them was pretty good. Idk if I’ll come back

I come here often and every time I do, I leave hoping it will be better next time. The food is good and that's the main reason I keep coming back. But oftentimes, the portions are inconsistent. Sometimes my acai bowl is filled to the brim and other times my acai bowl is only filled about 2/3 to the top. I place my order online, scheduling it for a later time, and every time I've gone to pick up my single acai bowl, despite having scheduled it for a specific time, I have to wait somewhere in between 5 to 15 minutes; and this is after I've arrived about 5 minutes after the time for which I scheduled my order. And once I arrive, although I'm standing at the pick-up counter, it takes a while for anyone to come help me. Multiple workers will see me but none of them will acknowledge me or give me reassurance that they'll be right with me to help me. Like I said, I keep coming back because the food is good. But the service is not ideal when I'm trying to maximize my limited lunch break by ordering ahead for pickup, and my simple order is not ready. If this can be addressed and fixed, I'm sure it will be a better experience :)

I ordered a layer of vanilla chia pudding and it was not in any of our bowls.

The protein bowl i ordered was ok. The taste was not that good

Unfortunately, the bowl I ordered was done carelessly, at best. The dragon fruit ratio was incredibly disproportionate to the container. Perhaps a newer employee didn’t realize it, but it was not how it usually is when I order it.

Did not receive the extra stuff I paid for!! Plus got the peanut butter bowl, and there was no scopes of peanut butter

I was only sad that this store dd not have an ingredient my daughter ordered in her bowl. There was no replacement and no refund for the extra item.

I ordered online and I was surprised that it would take 30 minutes to get my order. The app never gave me notice that the order was ready. Once I picked up the order (4 bowls) and brought it into my car, I realized that none of the bowls were labeled. You bowls all look pretty similar on the top and many colors are the same so we had to guess which was which. It would’ve been nice if they were marked by the employees. In the app, I requested blueberries on mine and no coconut on my sons but those requests were not followed. Overall the bowls are delicious but I was unhappy with the service. In the future, I will place my order in person and make sure they tell me which bowl is which as I pick them up.
