Only one concern gloves using s/b use for money handling. But I witness employee use same for & cutting fruits & placing it on top of bowls

Used to be so good, but these days acia bowl that i get - too icy and quality gets worse. Ingred in general very fresh but need better training on employee how to make.

My Acai bowl was watered down and I picked it up at the exact time it was supposed to be ready. The toppings were messy

i love your acai bowls - i have had many times. 70% of time - very good quality, but 30% of time, it is not good due to mixture of water and ice - inconsistency. you guys should create clear instructions for your employees to follow.

Still had to wait for my order after the pick up time. Smoothie was super runny not think how it usually is. But my açaí bowls were made to perfection for the first time in a long time.

I order ahead online and two out of my four bowl were incorrect. This is the second time my order is not correct from this location. It seems that they are super busy so they rush and don’t pay attention to online orders .
