Prompt service, but product quality was lacking today. The bowl was low on fruit and very heavy on granola.

Acai bowl was disappointing. It was so watery. Friend said he had definitely had better.

Had to wait much longer than expected for my order and the girl making the bowls kept removing her mask and rubbing her eyes! Very disappointed

The whittier store is awesome. So far so good on the employees. They are always amazing and friendly. My concern is with the your promotions. Today I used the BOGO 50% off for Acai Bowl. Based on the coupon the second bowl should have been 50% off but instead it only took off $3.48 and the bowls are 8.95 plus add a 1.00 for Peanut Butter. I needed to place order so I had no time to look this up at the time but you really need to look into this. Also, using gift cards has been a hassle. Every time they run it the stores register freezes, this is every time. Also one of my $10 gift cards only had .52 cents after I added $10. I was told I had to speak to cooperate. After, this whole Gift Card issue, I don't think I want to purchase as I am afraid of the hassle. But again, Whittier store is great and the employees are great and always so helpful. Thank you

No mango in the mango acai bowl

Better quality the way the açaí bowls are made at the La Habra location.

Not the best. Workers need to check receipts before giving order. I ordered two bowls and two elderberry shots. Left and then realized my two shots were not in the bag

Service was great and the acai bowls were great. Just beware the people outside trying to get you sign up for a gym membership.

They always do a good job but my protein bowl looked beautiful and it tasted so good the fruit was fresh. I truly enjoyed it.

Great açaí berry bowls

Whenever I order a ginger shot on the app with my order it never fails to be missed once I arrive to pick it up. This time of course it was not ready and when it was made it was mixed with a pulpy green juice of some sort but I had already been waiting an additional 5 minutes after the app said it was ready so I was not going to wait to get it fixed. Not a big deal but the point of ordering on the app is to have it ready by the time I get there. Only real complaint these days, other than short staffing which seems to be the norm these days everywhere, that’s why I love ordering on the app. Will continue to order on the app and come to this location as it is the best açaí bowls that is closest to me without traveling 45 minutes.
