Went well until I received a call from store that they were out of peanut butter. Both my drinks were peanut butter smoothies.

There’s always a welcoming energy when I walk into the store. The employees are really friendly.

Devon is always consistent and makes the best drinks and has the best attitude!

There was a kid working by himself. He was as doing a great job. Juice tastes delicious. Excellent customer service from the employee there.

Online order said it would be ready at a particular time. It was perfect. Food was prepared as expected.

got my order wrong twice, and it’s always one worker so your order takes 20 minutes

This is the second time that I have ordered through the app and you were not able to fulfill my order. I am at the point where I will no longer order from the Falcon Ridge location. My last app order you had no coco whip and this order you had NONE of the ingredients to complete my order. Why offer these items on the app if they are not available?

Great staff, quick service. This was my first time at this location. Love how Nékter provides a consistent experience and product between their stores.

Just move to the area and thought this would be the same as the one in Rancho... Boy was I wrong and i've given them multiple chances to prove me wrong. Every single order I have made has had a problem. This last order he literally gave me one apple slice. Then told me to go next door and ask for a spoon, because they were out. I will not return. They don't know what they're doing. They split the bowls in half to save money, but still charge you full price. Prior experience includes them forgetting to put the protein powder in or forgetting the toppings. Staff is sitting on the counters talking and not paying attention to what they are doing.

I really do enjoy the smoothies and juices from necter but at this particular location it's always running slow because there's usually one employee working most of the time. the young lady that was working today was doing everything to accommodate everybody as quickly as possible, with a smile. They really should hire more hep. There was several people waiting for smoothies to be made.

I paid extra for peanut butter drizzle (online order) and when I got home realized they didn't put peanut butter on. It also seemed to have less toppings than usual in general.

Need more personnel but employees are very efficient

The menu is always good but the there’s a high turnover of the staff who are so cool but school (college) is making more sense now than financial necessity so to those have a degree or are just looking for something else to get inspired by blended drinks and açaí snacks are fire 🔥 for me
