Best experience at Nekter ever! Team member was very friendly and made the best bowl I’ve ever had from Nekter. It was filled perfectly and tasted amazingly fresh. Kudos to the team for the great service and delivery!

I haven’t been in some time and the other day I visited another location and the PB Bowl was amazing and so I was like let me stop again and get one…I was disappointed because the bowl tasted like water and I asked for no apples and it came with not a big deal for the apples but didn’t finish the bowl.

Nekter bowls were delicious however the mango smoothie was kinda of disappointing. Looked more a pb health nut smoothie and didn’t taste much like mango.

They work very fast, very friendly. The bowl was made perfect

The menu is always good and this location makes açaí bowls better than other locations!

It was great! My son and I both loved our açaí bowls.

Placed an order online. Accidentally went to the wrong location. I arrived at this, the correct location, 7 minutes before closing. As I opened the door the young worker told me they were closed. When I said I was there to pick up an online order, she retrieved my acai bowls from the cooler, grabbed an extra cup, threw a half banana with peel, 4 small strawberries with green tops intact, and some blueberries in the cup and sent me on my way. I was pulling out of the parking lot 2 minutes before the store closed. Now I know why they have a help wanted sign on the door. I will not be returning to this business. The service is awful. I would give a negative STAR if possible.

Very fast and friendly. Ordered online and the drinks were delicious. Never been here so I tried it last week. We went to the one on Sierra Lakes and we loved it. We live closer to the one on Falcon Ridge but both locations is so convenient. We love the bowls!

Just move to the area and thought this would be the same as the one in Rancho... Boy was I wrong and i've given them multiple chances to prove me wrong. Every single order I have made has had a problem. This last order he literally gave me one apple slice. Then told me to go next door and ask for a spoon, because they were out. I will not return. They don't know what they're doing. They split the bowls in half to save money, but still charge you full price. Prior experience includes them forgetting to put the protein powder in or forgetting the toppings. Staff is sitting on the counters talking and not paying attention to what they are doing.

The menu is always good but the there’s a high turnover of the staff who are so cool but school (college) is making more sense now than financial necessity so to those have a degree or are just looking for something else to get inspired by blended drinks and açaí snacks are fire 🔥 for me

Bowls were delicious and service was great. Employee who appeared to be working alone was busy yet polite.

The bowls were made great. I did have an issue with the app and I did not receive the BOGO discount when it was in my cart. When I paid I was charged the price without the discount.

I just DoorDashed from this location and I was completely dissatisfied with my order. Unfortunately, before I started writing this review, I read the reviews that are currently on this location and a delivery driver said that the packaging was not even done by the employees which makes sense because when I receive my bowl the bowl was not completely sealed within the bag. The bowl was beginning to run over and was sticky and messy. Also, the contents of my bowl were wrong, so I don’t know if I received the wrong order or if the people making my order just weren’t paying attention. Not only is it wrong, but it looks completely unappetizing and I felt like I paid all this money for no reason because I genuinely wanted the protein bowl. I didn’t want my money back, but I’m putting here for feedback because I do hope this improves In the future, not to mention the sanitation ways of How my bowl was possibly handled, especially with it being unsealed in the bag.

I did not see my order until I got home and I was given the wrong bowl. I asked for no blueberries on top and I got a blue syrup on the top of my bowl. I did not bother to go back since I saw it when I got home. The girl working at the store seemed rushed when I asked for my order . She gave me my bowl and went to the back rushed . Not good customer service it made it feel as if I was in the way.

Bowl was delicious and refreshing. I love the convenience of ordering online and picking up.
