The staff at this location is top tier. Very welcoming, engaging and my order is always perfect. Exceptional customer service and are quick as well as put together the best waffles and other food items and smoothies. I go there about 3 times a week and the staff always gets my order right and are so nice to everybody. Not to mention all y items taste amazing!

I am writing to highly commend the employee who was working the shift today (Sunday afternoon around 4ish pm). Every single time I visit this location & if he is there he’s working incredibly hard often usually by himself yet his attitude is always absolutely phenomenal.
Even when it’s busy he never makes anyone feel like an inconvenience or acted like he didn’t want to be there. In fact, despite working solo under pressure, he always stays positive, patient & welcoming.
Whenever an ingredient is out he is incredibly helpful with substitutions & actually his recommendations usually end up tasting even better than my regular order! Employees with this level of work ethic, resilience & genuine customer care are extremely rare. He is a massive asset to your company, and I hope management recognizes his outstanding dedication and hard work!

Ordering was easy on the app & was ready in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Didn’t have to wait for my drink. It was ready when I came into the store. Drink was fresh and delicious!
