Well, this was actually my first time ordering online. When I arrived for pickup, there was only one worker.
It would have been nice if I had been asked if I had placed an order for pickup so I could leave. So, I had to wait while this worker was attending another order. I’m not being negative. It’s just management. Oh, and they were out of almond butter. So I took the peanut butter. I’ll go back don’t worry. It’s just a management thing. That is all.

AJ was very nice and helpful. Although the store was short on a couple of add-on’s, AJ prepared delicious drinks that were to my and my friend’s liking. Very quick service as well.

Great, the girl that was there when I picked up my order was extremely kind and welcoming. Great customer service from her. It’s hard to find people that legitimately seem to like their job and conversation with others and she really did. She also made my son and I delicious pb&j smoothies. My son had emergency surgery last night so he specifically requested this smoothie and he said I should try one too. Delicious!

Placed an order online. Accidentally went to the wrong location. I arrived at this, the correct location, 7 minutes before closing. As I opened the door the young worker told me they were closed. When I said I was there to pick up an online order, she retrieved my acai bowls from the cooler, grabbed an extra cup, threw a half banana with peel, 4 small strawberries with green tops intact, and some blueberries in the cup and sent me on my way. I was pulling out of the parking lot 2 minutes before the store closed. Now I know why they have a help wanted sign on the door. I will not be returning to this business.
The service is awful. I would give a negative STAR if possible.
