I think short staff & you need friendlier employees greeting as you enter your Nekter. Today I went in at 11:20am for online pickup. Employee forgot to put my chia pudding in my bowl and did not tell me just put it in a cup on the side! Then it made me question if she put peanut butter & protein in my bowl. Normally staff is right on it!

It should not take more than 30 mins for 1 açaí bowl. Needs more employees. The girl was by herself.

It was okay but my order wasn’t ready when I got there (maybe I was a little early? I’m not sure) and there was a very large piece of unblended banana in my smoothie bowl.

We had to wait an extra 10 min. Which defeats the whole idea of ordering ahead and the last 2 acia bowls have been very watery and I’ve even added whey powder.

I often order the same PB Acai bowl. This time the cup seemed to be low in content. However, it was ready on time and it was delicious!

Used the app as I left the gym, pulled up walked in and immediately got handed my bowl, it had plenty of fruit on top.. great service I gave them a 2$ tip on top of everything. Convenient and fast. Thanks

Horrible wait times. Do not recommend. Went for a couple a smoothies and 2 bowls and it took 30+ minutes. Outrageous wait time. Staff was friendly though but still the wait time was ridiculous
