Devin was a nice and helpful employee. He helped me after I have ordered my order online for pick up. He remade my acai bowl with a smile and no attitude due to my bowl being very watery. He had great customer service and took care of his customer. Thank you and keep up your great customer service skills. It really means a lot to people like myself!

My acai bowl tasted off, I had gotten it to go so I wasn’t able to go back and fix it. It seemed like they forgot several ingredients

Did one order on phone one order on app, went smoothly and the order was accurate. Bowl and smoothie tasted great.

I ordered the mango bowl. Very bland. Very mild banana flavor that's it. The place was dirty. I will not order from here again.

My order wasn’t the best. The bowls were watery, I asked for no granola in one and the associate making the bowls put granola, and instead of remaking, he just scraped it out. Leaving granola in my bowl. I didn’t have time to wait anymore than what I did, otherwise I could have complained. I had a whole bowl go to waste because my son is having tooth pain and couldn’t enjoy his bowl because of the granola that was left in it.

I love nekter but my protein bowl tasted watered down. The texture and taste was off missing or maybe not enough of the ingredients.

Great tasting smoothie bowl as always. This store is always so busy. Glad to see there were 2 people working today.

Sat 8:54am. Picking up a delivery order, all I get is a solo bowl over the counter "here's your order" no bag, no utensil, no napkins..nothing! Delivery orders are supposed to be packed by staff, not delivery driver,.. my hands are not clean..I don't have gloves to touch food, I had to prepare the bag myself and request security seal..because thats how delivery orders are supposed to be prepared for customers safety. I don't blame it on the girl, she was busy and by herself, and probably not trained for delivery orders?? 🤷🏻‍♀️ management needs to do better

It was good. The only thing was my bowl was very watery and I needed a straw to drink it. Never had this problem before.

They forgot to put peanut butter in my bowl but they couldn’t fix it because they were closing already

Ordered online, açaí bowl was missing gojiberries. But they were delicious!!

I went in today for my free bowl because it was made incorrectly last time. Today, the granola was put in my bowl instead of on the side. It gets mushy and that’s why I order it on the side.
