I just DoorDashed from this location and I was completely dissatisfied with my order. Unfortunately, before I started writing this review, I read the reviews that are currently on this location and a delivery driver said that the packaging was not even done by the employees which makes sense because when I receive my bowl the bowl was not completely sealed within the bag. The bowl was beginning to run over and was sticky and messy. Also, the contents of my bowl were wrong, so I don’t know if I received the wrong order or if the people making my order just weren’t paying attention. Not only is it wrong, but it looks completely unappetizing and I felt like I paid all this money for no reason because I genuinely wanted the protein bowl. I didn’t want my money back, but I’m putting here for feedback because I do hope this improves In the future, not to mention the sanitation ways of How my bowl was possibly handled, especially with it being unsealed in the bag.
We love the service at this location. The employees are very friendly and prompt. They also are extremely considerate of their customers. One time I even got called to let me know that there was an item not available and wanted to know if I would like it substituted with something else. That is quality service!

I did not see my order until I got home and I was given the wrong bowl. I asked for no blueberries on top and I got a blue syrup on the top of my bowl. I did not bother to go back since I saw it when I got home. The girl working at the store seemed rushed when I asked for my order . She gave me my bowl and went to the back rushed . Not good customer service it made it feel as if I was in the way.

Devin was a nice and helpful employee. He helped me after I have ordered my order online for pick up. He remade my acai bowl with a smile and no attitude due to my bowl being very watery.
