out of mocha & cocoa . the associate is always wonderful however.

-loved the smoothie -Clean location - easy to order online -didn't like the wait time. Available smoothie pick up was about 10-20 minutes.

The summit location has always been nice and welcoming.

During lunch time there was only 1 person working. The guy was working extremely hard to get the orders out (aka not his fault) but my mobile order took 20 minutes longer than it was supposed to. You should have increased staff during busy times.

The teller was so confused I went a get my online order she didn't have it and came back 20 minutes after and she said she gave it to someone else. She was so confused about everything. Didn't like te customer service. I will definitely avoid going to that nekter

Not a good experience today I ordered a smoothie in the App and arrived at the location about 8:15 a.m. only to find that the location was closed. I returned an hour later and the location was still closed. This particular location always seems to have issues.

Not a good experience today at this location : NorthFontana/Falcon Ridge I ordered my drink online and when my husband went to pick it up at 10:45 AM, the Store said it would be ready at 10:49, the store was closed and there was no one there. I already paid for it.

The customer service was excellent.

The guy who works at this location is always alone and always does an amazing job

There was only one person working in there at the time I believe and I get the same drink all the time but this one just was not as good.

Bowls were delicious and service was great. Employee who appeared to be working alone was busy yet polite.

The bowls were made great. I did have an issue with the app and I did not receive the BOGO discount when it was in my cart. When I paid I was charged the price without the discount.
