The customer service was amazing, but I have considered the fact that the employees do not wear face masks. There are several people who love this location, but are questionable at the fact that the workers do not take part in wearing cloth face masks. I understand the cleanliness and sanitary precautions that are being put in place, but there are people who would feel more comfortable with the employees wearing masks.
I love the company and thank you for the friendly customer service!

Staff seemed half dead, and definitely awkward from a communication skills standpoint... but the smoothie was good!
I ordered online with the app. It took 30 minutes to get my order. About 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Multiple people came in the store after me and received their order first. The employees were nice. However, it appears there is something wrong with this system of ordering.

Been here multiple times, ordered the protein bowl, 5 customers came in behind me all ordered. Every one got there order but me, was the only one sitting in there and finally after waiting 20 minutes no one asked me anything, asked for my refund and was told sorry our machine is broken. Will not be back
I ordered 2 drinks. Got one and then they completely forgot about the other. Ended up waiting 30 mins when I ordered both drinks online and ahead of time. It wasn’t the girls fault, they only had two girls and one left to get more supplies. Severely understaffed.
Second review because I gave them a second chance. Ordered ahead and still waited over 25 mins for one drink. There was only one other customer in the place. THREE people came after me, ordered, got their orders, and were long gone before I ever got my one drink. I finally had to go back up and ask where my drink was. I will not return to this location.
Holy price point. Sooo....worth it though! I am gf and literally can find nothing that I want to eat at times or just am not hungry but know I need nutrients in me to function.
Definitely hit or miss at this location. This evening's visit was fine. My drink (I always order an Orange Crush and add Pineapple & Mango) tasted wonderful and was the perfect consistency. The girl that helped me was very kind and the establishment was clean. This time around, everything was good.
We got a to go order and once it was home, one of the drinks was tasted and determined it was not good. I immediately called and Maddie said the owner said she can’t remake or exchange drink at all since it has been over 10 minutes. I am extremely unsatisfied with level of service since I let them know we are regular customers.

I live in the neighborhood which is not a cheap one, no concern for there consumers. There’s always a problem, out of inventory broken machines or coming in 15min before close and the facial expression when you want something when they are closing up.
I have read a lot of reviews for this location and it’s amazing how everyone pretty much says the same thing.
I guess they don’t take training there employees seriously.
They are just horrible all the way around at this location.
Always a disappointment at this location. This is the third time I've visited and for the third time my order has been forgotten or lost and I end up waiting 15 minutes for my drink while watching multiple people order, receive their food and leave quickly.
