Always greeted and the staff is always working hard, but smiling! Bella knows me by name and always treats me like a VIP!

You need more than one worker! I order online to get it efficiently but I almost always have to wait for the server to turn around and notice me.

Would be nice to be able to make changes like “less chocolate” etc in the app and friendlier customer service (smile and hello)

More timely checking on someone who’s clearly waiting because they ordered ahead.
