Excellent service and a delicious juice. Your location at Hayden and Thompson Peak Pkwy in Scottsdale definitely needs a remodel, cleaning and better service. I often go in and the employees are in the back and no where in sight.

Although it was super busy, I feel that the ladies working noticed me immediately. They informed me that my order (which I had made ahead) was not ready yet, and I told them no rush. They made my juice promptly and provided me with my shots as well soon after. No complaints, especially with how many people were waiting as well - glad I ordered ahead! They were polite and friendly even though they also seemed a bit frazzled with the chaos.

The juice is okay but service is terrible. I needed some clarification with a menu item but the staff responds in an incredibly condescending tone. I've only met one staff member who actually does their job well.

Outrageous price. $9.80 for a small juice. C’mon…

Quality is always great and I love the cold press juices. Service was not great as no one acknowledged me when I entered or for a little bit and they didn’t look happy to be there.

I noticed that the limit online prohibits any more than one acai bowl per order (Both on the Nekter app and uber eats). This is a new feature set to this specific store. I've also noticed that the ability to customize your fresh shots to the clients taste have been eliminated. Previously being able to request no apple juice in a Turmeric shot is standard procedure at any other Nekter. It's a curious limitation and not one that helps, in my experience of ordering from this store at least 2x per week for the past year. I really enjoy your products and appreciate the fresh food and quality. Thanks for reading my feedback.

I picked up 2 greenie juices, 1 was supposed to have extra apple, neither cup was marked and when I asked the girl she picked one and said “this one.” Clearly not true.

Ordered online and their directions led me to an outdoor mall, walked around twice and it was not where the pin showed. Tried to call the number provided and it’s a Verizon msg that the number is not in service. I used to love nektar but it’s become more like a Jamba Juice now.
