Some time juice recipe is not followed. Not all ingredients are used and juice taste different.
On one occasion, Online orders instructions were not followed . No ice was mentioned and ice was added.
Register persons some time don’t hand over receipt and I have to ask for it. After taking order , they just say you are all set. Receipt carries bar code which can be used to earn points.

So many times we have to go back to fix our order. This time we were told that they didn’t have the size cups we ordered and eventually had to go back two more times for her to give us a couple more small cups of juice to try and make up for what we paid for.

You were out of beets! My go-to add-in. Juice was still good but missing my favorite.

My juice a 32 oz custom juice was awful. I ordered a celery lemon and cucumber. It was sooo bitter and so very bad! What a waste of my money.

I work in the Marketplace and usually get breakfast here at least two times a week. When I place my order through the app for pick up and head over to the location, sometimes (depending on who is working that day) you’ll have a majority of the employees in the back while one or two is maintaining the entire operation with customers and pick ups. Mainly in the past, rather than who’s currently working now (service definitely has improved) I would be ignored for a good 5-10 minutes at the pick up area before being acknowledged at all, while customers who had just walked in were being helped immediately. It served to be super inconvenient for me because I take my break when I have to drive from the mall to their location and I often found myself being late or losing of a majority of my break. I understand what it’s like to work in an environment with loud blenders as a past employee of jamba juice and it really isn’t as hard to acknowledge and assist customers as they had made it seem. But all in all, still going to keep going in and getting a bowl every week despite my honest review.

My Celery and lemon juice with granny apple has red in it. What’s red? It also tasted more sweet. Was there lemonade? I don’t feel I got the drink I wanted.

Really good smoothies and juices available here for a healthy drink on the go. I'm glad to see a location open here at Desert Ridge, much needed. My go to is definitely the health nut with almond butter. Be sure the check them out of you are in the area you won't be disappointed.

I moved to AZ to help my father through his cancer treatments, and during that time, my stepmother was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. I have been spending long stretches of time in the Mayo Clinic hospital parking lot waiting for one or the other or both to have chemotherapy infusions and radiation treatments. (Visitors have not been allowed inside during much of the COVID-19 crisis, although when my father took a turn for the worse and was recently inpatient for several weeks, I spent every long day at his bedside.) I had intended to make juicing part of my daily routine at home, so I was happy to discover Nekter just up the road from Mayo. It quickly became my happy place! Now I grab a juice, a smoothie, and an immunity bowl en route to the hospital, and the sweet, happy, welcoming crew at Nekter Desert Ridge make every trip pleasant. I LOVE NEKTER! :-)

What kind of juice place runs out of lemons, limes, and cucumbers? They definitely need some better management
Every Nektar chain seems the same. Very healthy place to get breakfast and my favorite smoothie place in Phoenix besides 24 Carrots (but that is not a chain, there is only a single remote place on the Southside).
Nektar uses whole fruits and not juices. Whole fruits are much healthier than juicing. They do sell juices as well, but I only buy the fruit bowls and smoothies. Always a pleasure, but always a wait. The other locations are equally as good.
