Placed order online for pickup and it was ready at ordered time. Employee was friendly when I went to pick it up.

The Desert Ridge location needs a revamp. The girls are always in the back, not in the front of the store to greet the customers. They’re young and haven’t mastered the multitasking yet- I haven’t seen a leader in there? Also, the other nearby locations have a much better appeal inside- DR’s is sad and sterile feeling.

I had placed an online order for pick up at 7:15 and I showed up at 7:05 and Angelena had all my smoothies ready to go, which was awesome. And she was very polite, professional, and helpful. Pre-ordered with pickup time of 8:31. Order was just starting when I walked in at 8:32. Didn’t walk out with complete order until 8:43. Do better with online order completion estimates. Wouldn’t have wasted 15 minutes waiting for an order.
