My smoothie was so frozen I had to wait over an hour for it to melt a bit to taste it. There is stuff splattered on ever surface and employees need to be more mindful what they touch with their gloves on. The girl who helped me was friendly and polite but I was left with than non drinkable drink and wondering how sanitary the drink even was.

Easily the slowest service I have ever experienced. I was able to go next door to Chipotle, order a quesadilla and a bowl, and eat them before they had even started my shake. Finally when pouring the shake, they break the cup so they have to start all over again.

The Asian server on the night shift on Friday 1/12/2018 was very rude and unprofessional when he served two people that ordered BEFORE us and me and my family was setting there for no reason at all and when asked he said ((sometimes we do that for no reason)) SHOCKED to say the least.
