Was ready close to 30 mins after promised. No one at store real cared

I just showed up 20 minutes after my order that said pick up in 15 and they haven’t gotten to it..

I completely understand “being swamped” with orders of walk-in customers. However, when I place a mobile order 30 minutes prior I would expect that my order would have a little more priority than those who just walked in.

Order made wrong. My order also hadn’t even been started until 5-10 min after I arrived at the store even thought I had made the order well over 30 min before and was given a pick up time.

Always a wonderful experience from your products to your customer service. I am a lifetime customer

Something is wrong with your app. Order three drinks and paid for them but location only received an order for two. Had to show them my receipt on my app to have the third made. Additionally I’ve referred people to this app and never received my free drink points

Bummed that the drink I ordered ahead of time on the app wasn’t available and they didn’t have the ability to make any of the juices so I had to get a smoothie instead

Messed up on my order. Wrong items and one missing

Not very good, ladies took long after me arriving and I had to remind them

To the two lovely ladies working here on 5/14/22 at 5:00 PM, they did a great job making up for the fact that the online ordering system wasn’t notifying them that orders were placed. Not only did they have to fulfill a bunch of backed up app orders, they also had a line of customers too. They were so sweet and worked so quickly to get our orders out fast! All was yummy and good! I hope their system gets fixed so they don’t have to keep doing this all night!
