I was acknowledge when I entered Drinks were ready when I arrived didn't have to wait It was nice to see staff in Nektar tops and presentable shorts and not the skin tights shorts that weren't in the crack of their butts like my last visit.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is the 5th time having a terrible experience at this location. I second all the other negative comments here. The staff is full of young immature kids who don’t know how to have any normal social interaction, which makes them scared to pick up the phone. I’ve tried calling multiple times and they NEVER answer, but whenever I go in, it’s dead. I understand it’s hard to get good workers but hiring all these young kids who have no work ethic is not the right move. Your ratings just keep getting lower and lower.

Quick and friendly service

Ordered online. Arrived later than the pick up time. Only one item was ready and the employees didn’t even realize there were more items on the order. They didn’t have all the ingredients and didn’t offer to make different drinks. They just said they’d use parsley instead of kale since they were out of it. Every time I have ordered from this location, the order is always wrong. I would rather drive further to the Dove Valley location then ever go to the Desert Ridge location again.

The store did not have any spinach or kale to make the green drinks. This was very disappointing. So even though I ordered online. I had to wait for them to make my drink when I arrived at the store and had no green vegetables only parsley.

Went saturday around noon. Slowest juice bar I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot. Need to replace the entire crew. Horrible.

I rated a 7 for customer service - When I showed up to pick up my order , the greeting did not seem genuine. I stated I had a pick up . She said here you go when she handed me my bowl. Maybe a “have a great day and I hope to see you back in” would feel more genuine.

I’d say usually it’s just tough cause it feels like they’re hiding in the back. I’ll come in and wait like a couple of minutes before someone comes out and realizes I’m there waiting for my mobile order. Or I feel like they ignore me if they feel busy and I’m just like dude my drink is ready in the fridge just give it to me. They assume I’m there too early and they’re working on it and that’s never the case. My personal favorite though is when I get there 20 min after placing the order (15 min est wait time) and they pull it off the ticket printer once I get there. It’s all kids where are the grown ups

So good! Loved the ginger shot with lemon, helpful in getting back on track health wise. I'll definitely be going back for more!

Usually my experiences here are positive, but lately, we feel like we have been getting less volume in our bowls. In addition, it seems like online orders are not functioning properly. I would order online, but when arriving at the store, it would not be ready and the staff did not have the order or lost it. All told it took over 40 minutes to get my order done.

It was good. The bowl was very well made, but I asked for agave and there was no agave on my bowl. Overall, a good experince
