The store was out of beets and I asked for a refund instead of a replacement. I asked for a receipt showing that the recovery was refunded. Taylor, who is very friendly just said she did not know how to provide, and we need the district manager to follow up with me. I save the receipt and will keep an eye out for the refund. But was ver surprised that no one in the location could get me a receipt showing that I was not being charged for the drink. Service and everything else was excellent.
