Took 10 min to make my toxic flush. I came in Monday 12/16/19 at 4:25pm. I also got the app and you don’t get a free 16oz smoothie it’s a lie so don’t get the app. FALSE ADVERTISING.

Smoothies and bowls are good quality, but there are other great options near by too. They allow for substitutions and custom orders. Good variety. The customer service is mediocre. The items take awhile and if you do the online order, they are hardly ever ready when they say they will be.

Not happy. When I do online order, at least 80% of the time it’s never ready when my email said it will. I’ve left you feedback multiple times. You’ve never responded or done anything to ensure I will be satisfied in the future. Today my order was 20 minutes late. There are lots of smoothie places. I will not recommend to a friend at this time.

Great smoothie! The app could use some work. I had a hard time figuring out how to redeem an offer.

Everything tastes great and clean. Everyone is beyond nice! I never went in knowing what I wanted- I just told them how I want to feel and they helped me find the best juice/smoothie/bowl/shot! Thank you guys for helping make my stay in Sacramento pleasant in the mornings!

Went into store and ordering one smoothie took over 30 minutes. Employees just chatting with one another, moving at a snails pace with no care of any customer waiting. Infuriating to pay.

I love nectar, but every time I come it takes about 45 minutes just to make 1 acai bowl. It wasn't even busy. There were 2 people in front of me that have already left with there smoothies, and I'm the only one in here. Disappointing. If your in a rush, DEFINITELY don't come here! I'm half tempted to leave. So sad.

Have really grown to love Nekter! This morning though my smoothie just isn't up to par. It just not tasting right today. This definitely won't stop me from coming, i'd just thought i'd share

I like the variety of juices and smoothies and that there are so many options. I’ve always received great service when I go in.

The service is good. The smoothies and bows are decent. The juices are great. However this Last order had a whole chunk of frozen açaí in it taking away from the quality of the açaí bow as a whole.

Very good. l love the mobile ordering option and rewards. Also love the healthy options - smoothies are not too sweet like many other places

The first visit was absolutely terrible, but since it was very early in the morning I gave them a pass and decided to come back a little later in the day. Customer service was the same, lacking. I asked for assistance with picking out a smoothie since this was only my 2nd visit, he just walked away then came back and asked if I was ready. So I just rushed and only both of the “best sellers”, wanted ordered more but service was so unfriendly and I felt rushed so I just let it as is. Orders took longer than I anticipated seeing that there was no one waiting but then my order was placed on the counter as he walked away without saying a word. I won’t be coming to this local again

Fresh cold pressed juice and smoothies. Very healthy and tasty juices from fruits and veggies. They also make smoothies and have some bowls. Friendly staff.

I always receive great service. The only thing I will say is the following: I order the same item every time I go into Nekter, its the Banana Acai Bowl and every time I get it the quantity of the smoothie part is always different. Sometimes the bowl is filled to the brim and other times its only half full.

I ordered my smoothie on the way home and was super close and they were just about done with it when I arrived. Pretty quickly done.
