Smoothies was excellent and ready when I got there!

Nektar is my preferred health drink/smoothie/bowl place in Roseville. My ONLY complaint is that it is very loud inside. Obnoxiously, loud.

I like smoothies but in your bar it's too much icy

It’s was amazing! Smoothie bowl was great and so was the service!

I really enjoy coming here. The smoothies are perfect for me when I don’t have time to go and eat a full meal. But the service is usually less than par. Every other time I have visited has been awkward. The last time I went, I stood at the counter for far too long before someone even acknowledged me. There were two employees and I was the only one inside the place so there was no excuse for it. One girl was making a smoothie and the young gentlemen was watching her. I think you can multi task and just even say hello to a customer. There have been far too many employees here that almost have this attitude.....as though you are inconveniencing them or they will get to you when they feel like it. Also, not very friendly. Not all of them have been this way but it has happened enough to make me notice. I have been in the customer service industry for a long time and it’s just not acceptable. I really do love the place and I will definitely keep coming. This part just needs to be addressed. Thank you for the great smoothies!

I waited a pretty long time for my bowl to be made, usually i only have to wait 5-10 minutes but i was there for about 15-20 minutes, and when i received the bowl i had to reach back and grab my own lid so i could take it home. I just opened it and there’s barely any toppings, as in like barley any granola, strawberries, etc. And there was also barely and acai/smoothie itself. I hope next time this doesn’t happen because I love your bowls and hope for a better experience next time. :/

I was looking for a smoothie place to begin a healthy morning and found this place. Awesome! Great choices - smoothies and bowls available. Definitely a go-to for healthy and natural smoothies!

I got the watermelon smoothie for the 2nd time. The 1st time the chia seeds were added after the rest was blended and I liked that much better than this time where the seeds were blended. Just food for thought!

I ordered 7 items online and came by the estimated pick up time. The lady only gave me two items. I let her know I ordered 7 total. She goes to another fridge and brings out two more. I reiterated that I should have 7 total but she said this is all the receipt printed. I then presented her my receipt which clearly shows my 7 items. She went to the back to discuss with someone else and they both came out to make the rest of the smoothies without saying a word to me. I finally got my order right but not please with the experience.

I love my local Nekter, and sometimes have great service; sometimes it’s awful. The last few times I’ve gone in, I’ve ordered online and wait like 5-7 minutes before someone even greets me or says hello / looks up from washing dishes or being on their blender station. I’ll keep coming and ordering because I’m Nekter brand loyal :) but it’s a bummer when you spend a pretty decent amount on a smoothie or bowl and the team working doesn’t even acknowledge you standing at the counter.

Smoothie wasn’t very well blended. It still had a graininess to it and the flavor wasn’t what I have had before

First time ordering from app and I loved how easy it was to order then pick up. My drinks were ready which was what I needed bc I was in a hurry. Only negative feedback is the berry smoothie. It tastes only like cashew milk! I’ve never had it before so not sure if it always tastes like that, but no one in my family liked it. Such a disappointment :( The tropical smoothie was great.

In ordered online and they forgot an extra charge item and they weren’t ready when it said they would be. However, I LOVE how many healthy options there are and the tastes of their bowls and smoothies. Quite pricey, but beats places like Jamba Juice. I wish it wasn’t so pricey because then I’d order my kids some.
