I'm not sure what the mix-up was, but I'd placed an order online the week before and they had no record of it. I was convinced I was crazy and had the wrong time, date, and location, despite having email as proof. Luckily the people there were nice and eventually got my order, and I do love the smoothie I got, but I did feel a bit insane trying to get this figured out.

I always have great experiences with Nekter staff. However, I was disappointed in the item I ordered, the pumpkin smoothie. It had several hard pieces in it that I couldn't chew and kept having to spit out throughout the entire 16oz drink. I realized they must have been date pits. My first pumpkin smoothie of the season and it was disappointing. Hope this feedback gets passed along to staff and the pits are removed from the dates first! Thank you.

The people here are always friendly and welcoming. The smoothies are yummy, too.

Very packed with people waiting for orders. It took almost 40 minutes for 3 smoothies. Then they didn’t taste like anything I’ve ordered before, maybe forgot the almond butter or another main ingredient. I won’t come at a busy time again.

I did an online order and it says it would take 15 mins and it ended up going on that time frame and took 20 mins. The lobby was not very busy, so I don’t understand what was taking them so long !!! Not sure if I will be returning because I am not very happy with my watermelon cooler smoothie as well sad day :(

The smoothies and bowls are always Consistent and delicious. The staff is friendly. I really like the convince of ordering on your app. Great job Necter!

I live out of town, this Location is right by my sisters house And I’m in love with the Smoothie bowls. They are so fresh and you get so much for what you pay for. I will be getting one every time I visit now. Thanks for being so kind and understanding with my questions in this time. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!!

Great staff and great smoothies!

Ordered ahead of time on the app. When I arrived after the estimated completion time my order was not ready. I waited 25 minutes at the location for someone to finally make my smoothie.

Soooo good! Exactly what I needed on a hot summer day. I felt so good after I had the Tumeric smoothie. Clean, safe and fast service 👍👍

The instructions to redeem special order in app were incorrect, so it was a little confusing, but the smoothie was ready on time and was tasty.

I love the fresh quality of your smoothies. I can taste the fresh healthy ingredients. It was an extra treat to have the $5.00 smoothie special for Father's Day. Nekter Juice Bar is definitely on my list when I do my weekly shopping/errands. Your staff was very friendly and nice.
