Ordered my drinks and they were supposed to be ready at 4:10.
Arrived at 4:15 and they were still in the line up.
The store was busy, but I had to wait quite a bit longer after arriving before my order was ready.

I do mobile pickup because I’m usually in a hurry. I waited at the counter for at least 5 mins before someone acknowledged me. They were busy and they saw me but said nothing. My order was ready and in the fridge. Just took 30 seconds to hand it to me. Or even say hi to me.

I really enjoy this store. It is a part of my health routine. I always see friendly welcoming servers and never have to wait long because I order ahead (usually when I leave the gym). I noticed the hours have changed, please don't close! I hope that's due to the season not something else. I typically enjoy the same drinks and the occasional bowls, so no complaints there. if i were to have an issue, i feel the new app is over-engineered. the old one was straight and to the point, now there are too many clicks and it's not the best at telling me if i missed a forced choice option. also the payment screen is funky, I only have one card saved yet it makes me select from choices, not sure why i have gift cards in there, haven't used one in a long time, but it seems to default to those. overall love this concept and store, thank you for being in our community!

I love the açaí bowls. They are full of flavor and so filling. I like all the different choices for adding boosts to your food. The staff is friendly and the place is clean with a great vibe.
