Customer service was great, however the wait time for an açaí bowl was more than 20-25 mins. Granted, it was around lunch time. I would still come back, however I would probably order ahead of time online to avoid the long wait.

Used online ordering, est order time was 5:30pm, I placed the order at 4:47. Then when I showed up at 5:27 the drinks were all made and in a freezer. Would have preferred an earlier pick up time had I known they were ready and waiting.

Smoothies and bowls are fantastic- customer service is lacking - many times I’m not greeted when I come in for quite awhile - when I do finally get my order taken the staff is just unfriendly about it. I come here bc I know the quality it fresh but I prefer the staff had some training

I saw a QR code at the register and the girl was busy so I ordered via QR. I sat there for over 15 min and finally went to register. She told me I needed to come ask for it which I had no clue. I assumed they would call my name out. Maybe put that on the QR code signage near register?
I also noticed lots of trash on floor-not sure if you were short staffed or what.
