Nekter Juice Bar - Roseville

Quick. Friendly. Satisfied.

This place is my current food fixation but alas, I am not financially blessed so can only indulge once or twice a month.

It was fine. Employees were polite, store was clean, and my order was made correctly. 10/10 in my opinion.

Service was great and so was my smoothie!

This time I ordered ahead & the drink was ready before the promised time (however, it said 15/20 minutes out), also there was a guy on the register greeting people in line (versus someone's back to you making drinks for a long period of time without a greeting) so this experience was pleasant. The few times I've come in before it took forever to be greeted and simply place an order (dude had to stop making a drink to take order) then it took forever to get the drink made. This place has previously felt very understaffed (only one person in back not helping in the front; then we waited forever for the busy person slammed making drinks with his back to us to turn around and take orders; weanwhile the bathroom is left messy and did not have any toilet paper). This visit however, was pleasant.

My order is always ready when I walk in with mobile order. I am always greeted and everyone always make sure I have everything I need. The juice is amazing!

We’ve visited Nektar before, this is the second location we’ve had an absolutely abysmal experience at. Smoothies are good but the service and management are terrible. We came to this location on a Sunday afternoon, there were only 3 staff members around but there didn’t seem to be a very big line. Orders were not processed in a queue- whoever complained first got their order processed. We waited 45 MINUTES for two smoothies and only once we enquired about the order (after 30 minutes) did they even pick up the receipt and start the order. Staff wasn’t even a little apologetic, some other customers asked for the manager. Hope to see some improvement- but I’m never going to any Nektar again.

Very satisfied. The staff is always friendly and professional. I don’t like one of my drinks and they remade it with no problem.
