Hi the service of the store was okay but it did took longer for my
Order to be ready. Also the consistency of the acai base was not the best and the protein powder and chia seed pudding layer were missing in my bowl unfortunately.
I would like some assistance on this order issue I had please. Thank you

Everything was ready when I arrived after ordering on the app. I wish the build your own smoothie options included the chocolate drizzle. I really loved the chocolate strawberry smoothie and would love to be able to recreate that.

the employees were wonderful, but I am tired of the app automatically choosing a tip amount for me. I would like to have a say in how much I tip. it automatically goes to a high or the highest number and if you don't triple check you get charged for it. I am not saying I do not want to tip the employees, it jsut needs to come naturally and not be forced. such a big turnoff ugh
