I really do like this place a lot for the smoothies. However whenever I order online or in person it takes FOREVER for my order to be complete. When I order online the pick up time is never accurate as well.

This was our first time back to Nektar in a long time. We have had previous bad experiences with quality of the product. This visit made up for it. The bowl was fantastic as was the drinks. We will be back!

Great for light but nutritious option. We order ahead, and then call to let them know what we ordered and when we want to pick up. The orders through the app only print close to the desired pickup time. We ordered 11 bowls via the order/then call it in method and everything was ready when we picked it up. Love this store and the staff is great.

I mobile ordered….but waited like 20 minutes after the given time. There was no “thank you for your patience” or “sorry for the delay”. Customer service could be better…especially for how pricey bowls from Nekter are. I’m a teacher and have a very short lunch break so can’t risk mobile orders not being ready

I love the quality, everything is excellent, just as a recommendation to check the online orders, my order was correct but I added spoons to enjoy this on the way which I did not check at the time that they did not come and I had to stop somewhere else to have some ;(
