It was okay…I Mobil ordered and when I came in the staff was busy. The staff was busy making orders and for about 10 minutes no one acknowledged or asked if I was a Mobil order. Finally, a staff member came over and called a name out, then asked if I had been helped. I said I was a Mobil order, he went to the cooler and pulled my smoothie.

Was a smooth experience with no issues. Order was timely. Just feel like maybe more staffing is needed. Two people to man the counter, the online orders, and make the product does not seem enough. They were hustling though!

I would rather a 10 but they seem short staffed. No fault of the workers, Great people and super nice but I've been there too where there's just too much work for the staff provided, especially in such an incredibly busy area unlike the Madison location.
Management please support your employees with this! You will have happier employees and customers!
