A guy that was working there had quite a thick beard. (Roseville store) They should have to wear a beard net to make sure facial hair does not get in the items. It is kind of gross to see that.

It was extremely busy Saturday at 2 PM. there was not enough help.
I ordered online and still had to wait at least 10 minutes more. The toxin flush was 2 inches from the top. I was picking it up for my husband. After I drove home a little bit, I decided to turn around and go back to the store to ask them to fill it up.
The dark-bearded who made the made the drink is consistently unfriendly. It’s not a one-time event, his cold detached demeanor is a painful pattern that has gone on for too long.
The refill was done by the kind, gentle guy and he apologized that that happened.
