I made the order through the app and when I showed up to pick my order there was no order. I was told they just realized there printer wasn’t working and I had to wait again for them to get my order ready. After waiting another 15 min or so I received my order!

Ordered online and they were very unfriendly. Did not give me my whole order. I asked about the item they forgot and they just looked at each other then realized where it was and got it and just set it on the counter. Very poor customer service every visit I’ve had

Overall I love Nektar’s product and the employees are usually friendly. The only critique I have is that 3 out of the 3 times I have used mobile app ordering my order has not been ready by the time I get there. Knowing this I took a little longer to arrive on this particular time and it still wasn’t ready. I usually only do app ordering when I am in a hurry as so I expect my order to be ready when I arrive instead it’s just being started each time I have arrived.
