I used the app to order a drink I got there about 15 mins after I ordered. It wasn’t ready so I waited and it took over 30 mins to make one drink

I ordered online for the first time, when I arrived at the store it was not busy and my drink was not made. Both employees were in the back prepping. That being said, I received prompt service once I arrived and my drink was outstanding as usual :-)

I love purchasing items from Nekter! The items are always fresh and delicious. Anytime I order or have Nekter products my coworkers always ask me about them and I’m turn want to try out your products as well. I’m always very satisfied with the quality and service I receive. The service is good. The smoothies and bows are decent. The juices are great.
However this Last order had a whole chunk of frozen açaí in it taking away from the quality of the açaí bow as a whole.
