I ordered at 8:10 so I could just swoop in and pick it up on my way to work. It is 8:34 and my order is not ready. That is almost 30 minutes.

Team just needs to communicate better. I made an online order that wasn't ready when I arrived, and was told that when it was done my name would be called. I stood in the lobby from about 9:00 to 9:15 before one of the other staff asked me if I was waiting for my order. Apparently it had been sitting in the freezer the whole time I had been standing in the lobby. All staff was super kind and very nice, just did not seem like there was a sense of urgency or a great level of communication. My drink ended up being incorrect and was missing a topping I had paid extra for, and I was late to work this morning, which I wouldn't wish on anyone in the future. I am used to having a completely different experience with the store manager here, but I probably won't visit this location anymore.
